Pokemon World of Warcraft - What is Item Upgrade?
The item upgrade system allows players to improve the performance of trinkets, armors and weapons. It also offers some unique procs and effects.

Glyphs

This glyph can also be useful for melee units that otherwise struggle to move into positions to do harm.
Certain glyphs, such as the Discretionary Ligatures glyph, are designed to enhance the appearance of fonts. They also feature additional characters beyond the standard set. This is usually done to make the font look more realistic or add additional embellishments.
The Glyphs Panel menu lets users to create an individual Glyph set by selecting the glyphs they would like to include and then adding them to it. Once they have added a custom glyph set, players can then look it up in the Glyphs panel menu by selecting View Glyph Set and selecting the name of the glyph set.
Growthstones
These items are similar to berries in that they will always enhance your abilities. However, unlike the berries, they don't increase your HP. Growth Stones can be obtained through completing certain events in the game or combining 2 of them in the Nitro Cube. You can also get them as rewards during the Ancient Arena season.
You can use these on your weapon or armor by accessing the Equipment Enchanting menu. You can also make them in major towns by visiting different NPCs with the right recipe. There are a variety of Growth Materials and each one can be used for various reasons. For example, Weapon Growth Stones are used to improve weapons and Armor Growth Stones are used to improve armor. There are also Active Skill Growth Books and Passive Skill Growth Books that can be used to enhance your active or passive skills.
These stones resonate with certain human characteristics within you to make them stronger. They do not make you a more desirable or different person, but they provide you with an extra boost of energy to face and deal with whatever aspect of your personality you wish to change. It is your responsibility to make significant changes in yourself. This involves changing your attitude towards the thing you wish to change. This is the difference between external and internal growth. Lapis lazuli, as an example is a powerful stone that increases the quality of self-awareness and truth, while moss agate enhances the abundance and the likelihood of success.
Item Enhancers

A player can obtain Item Enhancers in various ways, such as the free rewards from leveling up their Trainer, missions and challenges, or even from the Energy Reward Machine. The premium-paid version of the game gives a higher amount of Item Enhancers in the form of rewards, however, many players will need to grind for these items.
In addition to regular Item Enhancers, Pokemon Unite recently introduced a new kind of item dubbed Super Item Enhancers. These powerful items allow players to increase the level of their Held Items to Level 30. However they are expensive and rare. items are scarce in quantity. They need to be carefully chosen so that a player is able to select the most beneficial item for their game.
Item Enhancers can be purchased from the Aeos Emporium for 10 Aeos Tickets per item, but they can also be obtained through the free events Pokemon Unite hosts from time to time. These special events in-game may offer Item Enhancers in order to celebrate a milestone, or as part of a particular challenge.
The stats of most items increase linearly when they are upgraded. However the final stats of a Held item could be more than double the value it was when it is at its maximum. For instance, a muscle Band's defense and attack stats are increased by +1 each time it is upgraded to level 2, and by the time it reaches 20 it will have +15 attack and +7.5% speed.
The cost of these Item Enhancers is high, but they are necessary for those who want to maximize their performance in Pokemon Unite. It is a major pain to get all the Held Items upgraded to the highest level but those who are patient and determined will eventually achieve it.
